What if... ?

I have been listening to an audio program called the Abundance Paradigm by Dr. Joe Vitale, and in this program he mentions something called "what if up" questioning. He credits this exercise from  Esther ad Jerry Hicks.

Essentially you use this questions to see positive possibilities. A lot of people ask "what if down" questions such as "what if it doesn't work?" Or "what if we don't make any money?".

Well, in a recent lecture I heard by John Robbins (author of Diet for a New America), he asked a while bunch if really great "what if" questions surrounding food, so I wanted to share these questions with you.

What if we put a tax on sodas? What if we put a tax on GMO foods? What if we put a tax in all junk food? What if we out the revenue into educating the public about taking charge of their health? What if we put the money into subsidizing organic produce so that everyone can afford it? What if we put the money into feeding our children wholesome food?

When I hear those questions my brain just delights in the wave of positive possibilities!

What do you think? What if you shared these questions and ideas, and your friends shared these ideas with their friends and so forth?

What if this changes the whole world for the better?

Leave your comment below and share!

Thank you,

Make and stick to your goals

I just finished listening to my teacher Joshua speak about setting goals.  It is the last module if my health coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I realize that I must set goals, break them down into doable daily, weekly and monthly goals so that I get to where I want to be.

This week as I have been driving, I have also been listening to The Abundance Paradigm audio program by Dr. Joe Vitale. In it, he talks about bridging the law of attraction to the law of creation. You can attract things, people and situations to yourself, but you must take consistent inspired action in order to make things into a reality.

So, as my health coaching program is wrapping up, I am encouraged to make goals. Make a vision and write down the steps for archiving those goals.

One thing I have wanted to do for a long time is to write a blog post consistently at least once a week. Well, I do it for a while then life seems to get in the way.

Well, as Joshua pointed out, even in a snowstorm you want to see as clearly as possible where you are going. So I understand this metaphor, and intend to stick to making this goal a reality.

I have a lot to offer this world. When I die, I want to know that I lived the way that i wanted with intention.

Peace and love to you,

Kim
